“Tub didn't drain very well. I hope they fix it.”

“The location is under going renovations so it was sort of messy in lobby but understandable. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was good and one of the main reasons we use HIE. The cookies near the front desk were a nice touch and just enough to shake off a sweet tooth craving. Only down side is the location has no vending machines to grab a quick soda or bag a snacks. Overall I would stay here again.”

“William the night person was great. He was pleasant and helpful. The room was great, the beds comfortable and good location. Just a couple issues; we were told they had breakfast, yet only coffee to drink, no juice. They only had pancakes and that would have been fine, but they tasted sour... like the batter had been out for days. We stayed 4 nights and found it better to ha e breakfast at McDonald's or Hardys. “We loved our stay. House is very spacious and cozy/comfortable at the same time. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had for a rental. The snacks were a wonderful touch and came in handy for a late night snack. We will definitely be staying here again. The owner's thought of everything someone might need for their stay including tooth brushes, plenty of towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash and eye glass cleaners. So many coffee choices. ”
